Best Workouts to Lose Belly Fat Quickly - Cardio Abs and Obliques Workout

In my opinion this workout is great, as it also involves cardio.  It is not possible to spot reduce, which is why introducing some cardio to an ab exercise routine makes perfect sense.

This routine requires a fair amount of space.  It is also important to have a thick enough exercise mat on which to do it.  Some of the movements involve kneeling, whereas in others hips make contact with the floor.  Enough padding will make it more comfortable to perform all the exercises.  A particularly great mat for this purpose is that of an Airex one.


If at all possible have someone monitor that you are doing the exercises correctly.  Only by doing them as instructed with care will they be effective.  It may not be possible to be perfect the first few times, but with determination and time they will become easier as you gain strength in the appropriate parts of your body.

It is also important to remember to do the exercises in a controlled manner, until it is time for cardio.  Exercises performed in this manner are a lot harder, than those that are hurried and not done properly.
