Reduce Stomach Fat – A How To Guide

by Rick

Big Stomach

If you’ve got a big stomach that needs reducing, then I’m going to give you some tips you can start doing immediately.  You’ll safely lose weight and feel great at the same time.
These tips do not involve cutting out food or anything like that.  That’s not this type of post.  Obviously reducing a certain type of food that you eat a lot will help, but I like to give my readers multiple types of options for weight loss.

The more options you have for fat burning, the more success you’re going to have because you can change things up.

Time to Start Walking

Wait… what?  Walking?  Um, I think that’s not really a tip.  Everyone knows that some sort of physical activity will help with weight loss!

Yes, yes I know that might be what you’re thinking but hear me out… how often do you actually go out and spend a certain amount of time walking?  And did you know that walking is just as effective for reducing stomach fat as walking?  This is how it works:
Let’s say that you were going to take a walk around your local lake.  Did you know that if you were to run this same distance you’d burn about the same amount of fat?  You’d finish much quicker but it is true.

So if you’re not able to jog a mile or two, you should take 30 minutes out of your day to walk that distance.  You’ll get almost the same benefits as running that distance.
An addition tip is if you can walk at an incline.  If you have access to a gym or a treadmill with an incline, then this is really simple.  You set the machine to its highest incline and walk it for 30 minutes.

If you live in a neighborhood that has hills, then you can do this easy.  Go outside and walk up and down the hills in your area for 30 minutes.  Don’t jog down the hills as this can create painful problems in your legs.

Walking on a flat surface isn’t going to reduce weight that quickly.  However, incline walking IS very effective as a stomach reducer.  Spending just 20-30 minutes walking at an incline just 3-4 days per week will give you very quick results.

When I’m working with very overweight individuals, this is the MAIN exercise that I have them do.  I set the treadmill to a 10 degree incline on a low speed and have them walk on it for a good 10 minutes.

By that 10 minute mark, they are already very tired and shocked at how effective a small incline can be!  Just raising the treadmill up and walking on it for a length of time wears them out.  And that’s good!

The blood is flowing, the muscles are working, energy is being used which means that FAT is being burned off.  This is exactly what you want and the result you’ll achieve from this one exercise alone.

An Apple Every Meal

As I said above, I’m not going to tell you to change your diet.  You can keep eating what you want.  If you do that incline walking exercise, I don’t care what you eat – you’ll still burn fat and lose weight.

If you want to take things to the next level on the healthy scale, add an apple to every single meal.  No, not apple juice – a good, whole apple.

Why an apple out of all things?

Apples are full of fiber.  And fiber is one of the BEST nutrients that you can add to your diet.  So how do they help reduce stomach fat?

Fiber is a great nutrient that acts as a scrub in your digestive tract.  It literally cleans out the crap in your intestines that are keeping your body from absorbing the important nutrients your body needs for healthy living.

This one change can be the one you need to greatly improve your weight loss.  By combining both of these changes to your life, I GUARANTEE that you’ll be healthier and reduce stomach fat.
