30 Minute Full Body Circuit Workout

If you are looking for a quick, intense workout, try this circuit workout!

30 minute full body circuit workouts are great for any kind of fitness goal you have. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, or just get healthy, you can benefit from this workout.

Benefits of Full Body Workouts

  • Save time. One of the biggest reasons people skip the gym is because they are short on time. When you are doing a full body workout, you are using all of your major muscles groups at once. Rather than focusing on just your biceps, you will be using all of your muscles for your workout. This saves you a ton of time in the gym. If you only have 30 minutes before work to workout, try doing a 30 minute full body circuit workout.
  • High calorie burn. Calorie burning is a major part of any workout. To lose fat, our bodies must burn calories. Working smaller groups at once will not burn enough calories on their own. When you begin to pair muscle groups such as biceps and legs, you are going to create a much, much bigger calorie burn.
  • Fight boredom. With a full body routine, you will definitely stay interested throughout your workout. Skipping from muscle group to muscle group will not allow you to get bored of certain exercises and certain muscles. You’ll be working your chest with one move and then move directly to your back. This keeps things interesting!
