will definitely help make sure you are on the right track. A heart rate

Well, duh…But seriously, having a good, supportive sports bra can
make all the difference for a woman working out. Females have it much
harder than men do when it comes to picking out what to workout in.
Keeping your girls supported and in place will help keep you focused on
your workout rather than flopping all over the place. There are so many
kinds of sports bras out there. Find one that fits your breast size.
Make sure it is tight enough to keep you supported but not too tight to
hurt your skin.
GERM FIGHTING WIPES AND HAND SANITIZER
Most gyms try to keep their facilities as clean as possible. They
wouldn’t have much business if they let sweat pile up on the machines!
But the gym is one place that even though the staff tries to keep it
clean, bacteria likes to sneak up. Keeping your own sanitizing wipes in
your gym bag will allow you wipe down each piece of equipment you use.
Wiping it down yourself will ensure that you don’t attract any of that
bacteria on your skin. Hand sanitizer is another great thing to have.
Use it in between sets to keep your hands germ free!
TOWEL. DUH!
A towel is definitely on the list of the best workout gear for women.
While some people enjoy sweating, it is still courteous to wipe your
brow when you have sweat dripping. You don’t want to drip sweat all over
the floor while you’re doing your push ups. Keep a towel with you to
wipe down every time you get a little sweat. Towels are also great to
lay down on a yoga mat for your head. Even though the mat should be clean, you don’t know how many heads have been on it!
GLOVES
Keep your hands pretty and callous free by using a pair of gloves to
workout. Callouses may show the tough side to a man but on a woman, they
aren’t so flattering. Keeping a pair of gloves in your gym bag will
make sure you avoid that rough feeling on your fingers from lifting.
Gloves can also help your grip when lifting. Sometimes your hands get
sweaty and your grip weakens. Wearing gloves will help avoid that!
CUTE CLOTHES
Believe it or not, looking cute at the gym can be a big motivation to
a lot of women. “When ya look good, ya feel good…” is a perfect way to
look at it. Some women throw on a pair of legging from 30 years ago and
their husbands old work t-shirt. They don’t feel sexy or ready to
workout. They probably feel sluggish and ugly. Having a cute workout
clothes wardrobe will make you want to go to the gym. You know when you
buy a cute new dress or a new pair of jeans and you want to go out? It’s
the same when it comes to working out. Buy some nice new leggings, a
few razorbacks, and a couple nice new dry fit t shirts so you want to
show them off at the gym! You’ll feel better and look better!
